A truly visionary digital bank branch

Commerzbank is one of Germany’s largest banks,  undergoing a major business transformation, reshaping its operations, products and services. MRM//McCann was selected as the Strategy and Technology partner to plan and implement key components of Commerzbank’s roadmap, aiming to modernise its digital presence and deliver innovative and personalised experiences across all touchpoints.

Within this framework, we redesigned and implemented the bank’s native mobile application while evaluating business objectives and customer expectations so we could create a strong, expandable channel within a robust Omnichannel strategy.

The Commerzbank mobile app places the emphasis on usability, data visualisation and security, capitalising on the capabilities of portable devices.
